Chief Operating Officer
Winnie’s role as Chief Operating Officer is to make the machinery of the organisation robust, efficient and innovative in support of its mission. She oversees the finance, business management and operations functions, and works with the Board and Directors to ensure the organisation’s practices are supporting, enhancing and aligned with the strategic vision of creating new solutions for thriving societies, and taking them to scale.
Before joining Innovation Unit, Winnie was the Finance and Operations Director for Steps Learning Development, where she helped the business double in size and established operations to support the growth.
Winnie is a member of Women on Boards, an alumna of Cass Business School (EMBA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
