Lauren Jordan
Executive Assistant and People Support
Lauren is our Executive Assistant (EA) and People Support. She supports our CEO Sarah Gillinson, Deputy CEO Matthew Horne, Managing Director Deborah Jenkins and the Innovation Unit Board. She also plans and organises company Corporate and team events throughout the year.
Prior to joining Innovation Unit, Lauren worked as a Project Manager in Healthcare and as a Senior Executive Assistant in the Renewable Energy and Sustainability sectors.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her sons’ school as a volunteer and is a Parent Governor. She loves the theatre and currently spends her weekends on the sidelines cheering on her boys’ sports.
