Too many powerful innovations find themselves trying to grow despite the cultures and structures that are holding them back. We help nurture the ground in which innovations can really take root - we help to grow people-powered systems.

We work with local, regional and national governments to name and tackle the barriers to innovations flourishing – from how we take decisions, what we measure, and where the money flows, to our norms of leadership, practice, and the values we live every day. 

Our ‘growing people-centred systems’ model helps to grow the cultures and structures that make systems change the easier choice, not the hard one.
