He combines a background in facilitation and research with an entrepreneurial drive for transforming ideas into action.
At Innovation Unit Oli is currently supporting anchor institutions to use their resources and influence to benefit local communities through the Health Anchors Learning Network.

During this time he worked with the North East London Integrated Care System to coordinate the delivery of new social prescribing funding pilots designed to foster closer and more equitable partnership-working between the NHS, Local Authorities, and voluntary and community groups in local places, aimed at reducing health inequalities.
Prior to that he was a fellow on the Year Here social innovation fellowship program where he spent time supporting residents in St Mungo’s mental health accommodation in Camden, as well as working with Newham Council to improve pathways into employment for local young people.
He currently serves on the board for W12Together – a resident-led partnership focused on empowering local residents to bring about the change they want to see in their community – which emerged as part of the National Lottery funded Big Local initiative.
