
About Stacey
Stacey is Head of Practice at Innovation Unit and an Occupational Therapist specialising in Mental Health. At Innovation Unit, she supports teams and systems to develop innovative, person-centred practices, always centring lived experience in leadership and practice innovation. She is also dedicated to empowering practitioners to innovate and create new approaches that better meet people’s needs.
Stacey is driven by a fierce belief in people's right to live life on their own terms, to their fullest potential. She is passionate about tackling injustice and inequality by building systems that work better for those they serve. She champions the use of lived experience as a key asset in co-designing and co-delivering innovative practice that transforms systems for individuals and communities.
With experience in clinical and leadership roles, including as Programme Manager for the Lambeth Living Well Network, Stacey has expertise in practice innovation, change management, and strategic leadership.
Outside work, Stacey enjoys motorbike adventures, exploring new cultures, and great food. A music enthusiast with tastes from rock to ska, she finds inspiration in nature, loves cooking, and values humor and authenticity.
