About Siobhan

Siobhan Edwards has been working as a Senior Associate for Innovation Unit for more than ten years. As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and an accredited Action Learning Facilitator, Siobhan brings over 35 years of experience working in innovation, leadership and change management in the voluntary and public private sectors.

At Innovation Unit, Siobhan works across a broad range of clients and areas. For the past three years, Siobhan has been involved in the design, delivery and scaling of the Live Well Leadership Collaborative, a cross-sector, system change leadership programme across Greater Manchester. Her work involves training and supervising coaches, coaching leaders, as well as designing and facilitating key learning events.

From 2020 to 2024, Siobhan supported the development of the Thrive Welcome Team mental health model in Edinburgh, working in partnership with Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership. In 2024-25, she supported a culture change process with practitioners and leaders at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital.

Other work for the Innovation Unit has included a range of projects in Children’s Social Care, including the DfE’s Strengthening Families, Protecting Children Programme, where she worked closely with North Yorkshire County Council on the adoption and adaptation of No Wrong Door.

Prior to working at Innovation Unit, Siobhan was the founding Fellowship Director of the Clore Social Leadership Programme (2008-2013), following on from more than five years working on Learning and Social Innovation funding programmes at Nesta.
