About Savannah

Savannah uses creative, collaborative, person-centred approaches to tackle complex social challenges. She’s driven by a belief that meaningful relationships sit at the heart of good health, thriving communities and fairer societies.

Currently, she’s working with Dr Hilary Cottam and the Department for Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs leading systems change work in Dartmoor.

Savannah is particularly interested in loneliness, social capital and intergenerational connection. In 2024, Savannah was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to research communal housing models that place intergenerational relationships at their core and continues to do advocacy work in this space.

Alongside project work, she previously led Innovation Unit’s communications strategy, and is a Service Design Coach on the Innovation Unit Design Academy, supporting others to grow skills in design and innovation leadership.

Savannah has a background in health policy, politics - inside and outside Parliament - and campaigning. In her spare time Savannah loves queer community spaces and spending maximum time with dogs.
