About Liliana

Liliana is a King’s College London graduate with a BA in Management and French. She has interned at Innovation Unit supporting Business and Operations in 2023/2024 and worked as an Operations Assistant in 2025. She provides operational support across different areas of the organisation including HR and finance.

Liliana is deeply driven by Innovation’s Unit’s passion for tackling inequalities, particularly in Mental health and Children and families sectors. She is currently supporting the Central Business Team on improving the current processes and systems at Innovation Unit to allow the organisation to continue innovating and producing wonderful work. She will also be working on projects as a Project Coordinator. She is a firm believer in working together and supporting each other to achieve our common vision of creating a world in which everyone belongs and can thrive in. 

Outside of work, Liliana is an avid, passionate dancer specialising in Latin fusion styles. She is also fluent in 4 languages: Spanish, French, English, and Korean.
