About Jahaan

Jahaan's work focuses on creating impactful social innovations with a core focus on anti-racism. With a background in social entrepreneurship, Jahaan has co-created social innovations with local communities all over the world and driven digital transformation initiatives in global charities. Her academic grounding in psychology has allowed her to explore the intersection of psychology and social justice, and its application in therapeutic practice. Jahaan employs human-centered design and co-creation methodologies to ensure that solutions are sustainable and community-driven.

Outside of Innovation Unit, Jahaan runs an anti-racist healers and therapists collective and leads several local initiatives to support the wellbeing of racial and ethnic minority communities. You can often find Jahaan engrossed in a few good books, spending time with her (very clingy) cat and exploring the beaches and parks nearby with her partner.
