About Hannah
Hannah leads Innovation Unit's Children and Families portfolio of work.
At the core of everything Hannah does is a belief in a future where all children feel loved, safe and able to thrive. She's driven by the power of people and culture to shift systems, the idea that real, lasting change happens when you recognise this. She's particularly passionate about what it takes to make systems change real for people working directly with families, and what becomes possible when you create the right conditions for people to do their best work.
Hannah has been at Innovation Unit since 2019. She has been a lead coach on some of the sector's most significant programmes including as well as scaling innovations that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
Before joining IU, Hannah spent time at Teach First leading their Innovation award Incubator, where she designed and delivered a year-long programme to scale the strongest ideas tackling educational inequality. She brings broad experience across social entrepreneurship and scaling in health, education, environment and poverty, as well as leading programmes in youth development, employability and mentorship.
Outside of work, Hannah's world revolves around her own family. She has three children, a girl and identical twin boys, which means life is rarely quiet and never dull.
