About Gwenno

Gwenno is an accredited service designer dedicated to shifting power back to communities. She is motivated by opportunities to use co-design and participatory research to help groups imagine and build better futures. Gwenno is particularly interested in how creativity can bridge gaps between decision makers and the people most affected by their decisions.

She has worked across a range of sectors, including health, social care, climate, and culture. Her background spans design, creative facilitation, qualitative research, and strategy, with strong experience of helping to make sure that community insight shapes sustainable policy and service improvements.

Based in Cardiff, Gwenno spends her time outside of work singing and playing football.
