Many systems develop promising innovations that improve both person-centred and system-level outcomes -  reducing demand on services and supporting people to thrive. However, all too often these innovations fail to spread. 

We understand that scaling innovation requires more than a ‘lift and shift’ approach. Our ‘Adopt and Adapt’ methodology balances the tension between fidelity to an innovation’s core principles with flexibility of implementation in a new context. 

We work with innovators to help them develop and implement a plan for growing their innovation. We also work with organisations seeking to implement innovations developed elsewhere, and with government departments and funders interested in scaling innovations regionally or nationally.
