Emma Andrews

Emma joined Innovation Unit as an Innovation Consultant in May 2024. Her work focuses on enabling collective action to shift towards more equitable and sustainable systems.
Emma leads our GoodLives GM Leadership programme, supporting leaders across Greater Manchester to tackle inequalities and shift system barriers. As part of the Learning and Support team, Emma is also supporting National Lottery Climate Action Fund grantees in their community climate action work across the UK.
Prior to Innovation Unit, Emma worked within the VCSE sector. She has led innovation projects that blend reducing inequalities with community climate action. Outside of work, Emma can usually be found in her garden or up a hill on a good stomp!
