Leicester Education Improvement Partnership

Leicester Education Improvement Partnership has been established for a few years. Originally designed to unite all Leicester's secondary schools around the improvement and achievement agenda in the wake of challenging Local Authority-wide DCSF targets, the Education Improvement Partnership (EIP) wanted to move to its next phase of development.

Working with The Innovation Unit since June 2008, the work has focused on building a forward-looking transformation strategy and role for the EIP in 14-19 education in Leicester. The EIP is now exploring, with governors and stakeholders, models of system-wide governance for 14-19 provision.
