Harlington Area Schools Trust

The lower, middle and upper schools in the Harlington area collaborated successfully over a number of years. However, the opportunity to involve external partners and to establish a locality-wide Trust offered the chance to secure and cement the arrangements - and to engage in strategic work programmes across the Trust.

The Innovation Unit has worked with Harlington Area Schools Trust since April 2008, with headteachers and governors, throughout both the consultation and implementation phases.
