Lisa has a deep passion for generating and delivering innovative solutions in health and education, which she brings to her work with Innovation Unit Australia. Lisa works with the Departments of Education and Associations of Independent Schools in Western Australia and New South Wales to redesign learning and schooling, and also supports the redesign work with Goodstart Early Learning; a project that sets out to better understand and respond to the challenges families face accessing the right care and learning for their children.
Lisa’s approach is people and service focused, and she builds trusting working relationships with staff, stakeholders, clients and communities. Prior to joining Innovation Unit, Lisa spent over 15 years working with the Western Australian Departments of Health and Education, and in the university sector. Across her career she has specialised in the research, planning, delivery and evaluation of public health, education and leadership development programmes, stakeholder and community engagement, and in developing people.

Today we launch Innovation Unit Australia. On both sides of the world, we are seriously proud and excited to have got to this point.
