Getting to The Innovation Unit by public transport

The nearest tube station is Old Street. 

Directions from Old Street Tube (Northern Line)

Leave the station at Exit 8 (signposted Moorfields Eye Hospital - you can follow the green line in the pavement out of the station). Walk up the main City Road and bear right onto East Road. CAN Mezzanine is approx 50 yards on the left-hand side. The walk should take you no longer than 3 - 5 minutes at a moderate pace.

Unfortunately step-free access is not available on the Northern Line at Old Street Tube. Disabled access, however, is available at the CAN Mezzanine, Old Street building.

Moorgate (Northern, Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan Lines); Barbican (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines) and Angel (Northern Line) are all approx. a 10 minute walk away.

Old Street Station is also served by First Capital Connect train services. (No weekend service).

A number of bus services provide links to the area. Buses 21, 76, 135, 141 & 271 stop directly on East Road; The 205 & 214 stop on City Road, Moorfields Eye Hospital and the 43, 55 & 243 stop at Old Street Station.
