Following a few years of struggle to reconcile institutional differences and geographical remoteness, West Norfolk were committed to a collective approach to 14-19 curriculum delivery, but were making progress in slow, small steps. They commissioned Innovation Unit, having connect with the Next Practice in System Leadership work, to support a significant acceleration in their development. They wanted to help to move from espousal to enactment and from loose collaboration to full joint commitment. Through the use of a number of tools - Delta 6, the Bridge Change Leadership Framework, and the Models of Leadership Activity - The Innovation Unit supported them to create an area-wide vision and manifesto for change, and a Leadership Partnership to enact it.
