This is a back-to-school special on the Innovation Unit blog: all this week, I'll be posting audio clips from an interview I did with Matthew Moss High School's inspirational headteacher, Andy Raymer, who continues to play an important role in Learning Futures.
In this clip, Andy talks about the challenge of going from being 'the best educated staff about learning in England' to becoming a group of teachers who actually put that knowledge into practice. As he puts it, 'at the end of the day, on a wet Thursday afternoon, changing what happens in English classrooms is really difficult.'
