I recently interviewed the headteacher of Matthew Moss High School, Andy Raymer, about his leadership of that remarkable school (to get a feel for just how remarkable it is, read deputy head Mark Moorhouse's blog post about the students who spontaneously sorted out a traffic jam outside the school).

Over the next few weeks, I'll be posting excerpts from the interview.
